Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

We dispatch orders within 48 hours of placing an order, except on holidays. Expect an email within this time frame, to let you know your order is on the way! We do not ship orders on Fridays and Sundays.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours using shipping aggregators. Historically, we have shipped 98% of our orders within 6 days across 28773 pincodes. We ship via air courier to pin codes that are serviceable via such services, to ensure the coffee reaches you in the freshest possible state. Flat rate shipping fee of ₹60/- applies to orders amount less than ₹350/-. We do not ship outside of India at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Flat rate shipping fee of ₹60/- applies if the order amount is less than ₹350/-.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at caffinary@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you have ordered fragile items, make sure to record an unboxing video that clearly displays the shipping label, along with the AWB number. In case of any breakage, this video would be necessary to process a replacement.
