A roaster monk and a coffee grower walk into a barista bar. Together they created a National Barista Champion's winning coffee.

We are talking about Hrishikesh NBC India 2024 winner and his championship coffee sourced from Ratnagiri estates. Caffinary is super pumped to launch this coffee with Hrishikesh.

An Omni-roasted blend of Catuai Washed & Naturals processed in carbonic maceration.

The final result - the coffee transports you through a citrusy juiciness, some brews carrying notes of wild berries and rich, creamy yoghurt. It's also has a caramel finish, that we have come to love in our espressos.

Truly Champion!

This is my first coffee as a omni roast. And I simply love this one that my mind forced to write this review. The coffee is 10/10 on all aspects. It’s shines in all methods I tried pour over,aeropress,french press,espresso. I wish this coffee should be in the mainstream and available all time.
