Grown in the Baba Budangiri range, this estate in the Kaimara region has an elevation of 1500masl, rendering beautiful complex dimensions of acidity and sweetness to this coffee.
Selectively picked Hemavati Arabicas are carefully processed by submerging them overnight in water, pulped and dried in the sun.
Roasted to perfection at a Medium Plus profile by Ajay Redij, this coffee balances sweetness and clear Origin Characteristics beautifully. It fares well in filter roasts as well as espresso based brewing methods.
An easy coffee to brew, the complex flavour notes please us in every cup, at different temperatures, ratios, as well as in different number of pours. With very low bitterness, you can play around with different levels of extractions in this coffee to get your choice of balance between acidity and sweetness. It’s not about one perfect cup, but many different great cups, everyday, depending on your mood and recipe.
With medium to low acidity, this coffee does well black, as well as in milk. If you like mildly fruity moka pots and Indian Filter brews, feel free to enjoy this coffee in those methods with milk.
