Floral notes in yet another coffee?

Welcoming back Anughraha Estates to the portfolio, our first floral, organic, women-led coffee. Meera is a diligent grower, and also has a dairy farm integrated with the estate! A first generation grower, she brings her corporate experience to the farm, making it a beautiful synergy between the natural and the progressive. 

Consistently serving white florals, the Anughraha Estate is a midnight dream, reminding us of the bright face of the moon, giving it the befitting name, Lunar Blossom. The cleanest naturals, with tea-like notes, this coffee feels like it's of Ethiopian origin. 

Viggnesh has been a prime stalwart in building the Madras Coffee Movement, and is the one who processed this lot with Meera at Anughraha. We enjoy this coffee when roasted to a medium profile, which highlights the florals while balancing the sweetness, acidity, as well as the body.
