The S10 varietal is a double cross hybrid of (Caturra x Cioccie) x (Caturra x S.795). Caturra originated in Brazil, Cioccie is of Ethiopian origin, and S795 is a hybrid bred by the Indian Coffee Board. This makes it a complex mix of acidity, body and flavour.
This roast balances the complex acidity and sweetness of the coffee.
