Our first coffee from the Valparai region - Greenland Estates. Our highest elevation coffee yet; harvesting it would make you huff. The high elevation makes it super sweet and high in bean density. Processed as anaerobic naturals, it's one of the cleanest fermentations to give you a fancy cup. 

Roasted to a medium profile, this coffee shines well in espresso, as well as in manual brews.
